Heil circle on abortion

Welcome my dear sister, mother, daughter!

Together with you I want to create a safe circle where we can hold each other's space with all the thoughts and feelings that an abortion can bring out in you.

It is an experience you have had and it is important that you recognize and honor it, with all that goes with it. 

Unfortunately, far too little is being said about this subject and much condemnation still rests on it. It is so essential and healing to be able to talk about it. 

Everything we bury within us will sooner or later find its way to the surface. 

Why is it important to deal with it?

It is important to energetically integrate the unborn child into your family system. If it is not talked about and given no place, you will still feel it in the system.

It is important to you and your family's harmony that you allow and express any pain/anger/sadness or any other feeling that may arise regarding the abortion.

What awaits you in this healing circle?

With mindfulness and breathing exercises I create a safe space with you in which you can show yourself with everything you feel. It may be that this space awakens intense feelings in you, so it is important that you participate in our circle until the end and that you are in a quiet environment where you will not be disturbed. It is also important that you have your camera switched on so that we can feel each other in the room. It's about showing yourself.
