Heart Breathing/Breath of Love Breath Journey

Embark on a journey to yourself.

Using a special breathing technique, cardiac breathing (with breath retention), we will bring our attention inward and be open to any experience. The focus is on our heart, our inner voice/wisdom. We want to linger there, be present, feel and courageously face what we encounter there.
