About the event
The first breath gives you life. He lets you take your place in this world.
Join us on a journey with your breath.
In each of these online sessions, I will introduce you to a wide variety of techniques on how you can consciously use your breath for yourself and your well-being.
You will be surprised how much the conscious breath will make you experience your everyday life more relaxed and calm.
On Tuesday evening we will focus on relaxation and regeneration. On Thursday morning it will be energetic and inspiring for your start into the day.
