About the event

Our breath, we do it all the time and don't realize what a unique and powerful tool our breath can be.

In this new and unique AtemZeit workshop you will find 1x a month on an interesting topic, 2 hours worth knowing and practical, combined. With recording and written instructions, this workshop will take your breathing practice to a new level!
